Comment

Native to the southern part of Europe, including Spain and Portugal. Plant with 1 or 2 inches of soil over the tops of the bulbs towards the front of a border in an area where they can be left undisturbed. Adequate moisture should be given during the growing season only.

"In autumn this produces flower stems with 1-3 bell-shaped, white flowers, approx 1cm long. After flowering thin, grey-green leaves are produced. This benefits from a winter mulch to protect it from the worst of the weather. Height 15cm (6”)." from R.V. Roger.
