Number 8

Grandmother's Wisdom by Lee Faber (ISBN 978-1-84317-366-3) states for Headaches and Migraines:-

"In both instances it is wise to avoid caffeine, chocolate, cheese, citrus fruits and alcohol. It is also wise to prevent your blood sugar levels dropping low by eating little and often rather than just having 3 heavy meals a day. Foods rich in vitamin E are beneficial for headache sufferers (nuts, various vegetable oils, muesli and avocados), while ginger either in food or as a drink is supposed to alleviate migraines."
