Comment |
A showy shrub with erect yet bushy growth. In the Middle Ages its scent-retaining properties were much valued by apothecaries. After a good summer, when fully ripe, in the autumn the small, oval hips are attractive. Good for Hedging. Good for cutting. Grow in pots. Available from David Austin Rose Nursery Limited, R.V. Roger Ltd and from Peter Beales Roses. For further details on the cultivation of roses, consult the Royal National Rose Society. |
