Soil

Roses prefer acidic soil of pH 6.5 (sand) but will tolerate alkaline soils up to pH 7.5 (chalk). Mix 25 lts farmyard manure, or pulverized tree bark with bone meal, in soil before planting. Broadcast rose fertilizer in early Spring.

Foliage

Matt, Mid-Green. The foliage is bronze-tinted when young.

Flower Colour in Season. Hips

A superb, underrated, rose of creamy-white with a pinky blush to the outer petal blooms. The centre pales to a buff colour. Blooms tend to be carried in clusters.

Flowering is Repeat throughout the summer. Slightly fragrant.

Neat Bushy growth.

Good for bedding or planting in groups. Good for cutting. Grow in pots.
