Soil

Roses prefer acidic soil of pH 6.5 (sand) but will tolerate alkaline soils up to pH 7.5 (chalk). Mix 25 lts farmyard manure, or pulverized tree bark with bone meal, in soil before planting. Broadcast rose fertilizer in early Spring.

Large well-packed clusters of fully double blooms of amber-yellow flowering continuously throughout summer. Several flowers in each cluster open together. Moderately fragrant.

Comment

A neat and compact bush grower.

Good for bedding or planting in groups. Good for cutting. Grow in pots.
