The National Chrysanthemum Society Chrysanthemum Guide All you need to know about growing for the Garden, Greenhouse and Exhibition is published by The National Chrysanthemum Society and produced at The Print Studio, Unit 4, Enderby Road Industrial Estate, Whetstone, Leicester. (Tel: 0116 286 6992). See Use for Flower Arranging Page in the Plants Section for further information on plants to grow for flower arranging. BLOOM - is a disbudded chrysanthemum, leaving only the terminal bud per stem, in order to increase the size of the remaining bloom. STEM - is a non-disbudded chrysanthemum, to produce flowerheads in sprays. Photos from Chris Garnons-Williams. |
